Challenge
AVID Design Collective is an architecture firm known for innovative building designs. They needed an identity that could sit alongside architectural drawings and 3D renderings without competing with them.
The logo had to work in one colour, on building plans, and on construction sites.
Approach
I explored typographic directions drawn from Swiss and Scandinavian design principles. Simplicity was the constraint. The logo needed to be instantly recognisable, versatile, and built to last decades.
Beyond the core identity, I extended the brand into property marketing for their Eagle Ridge development. Brochures, plan layouts, and presentation materials. All designed to let the architecture remain the focal point.
Result
AVID launched with a clean, precise identity that works across every application. Building plans, site signage, digital presentations. The property marketing materials set the visual standard for Eagle Ridge and gave the development a premium first impression with buyers.
